  • Cielo now accepts insurance for individuals with an autism diagnosis. For those without a qualifying diagnosis for insurance coverage, we offer private pay options. If you have out-of-network coverage, we can also provide a superbill for reimbursement requests. We are in-network with BCBS, Aetna, and Magellan, and may be able to offer coverage for other insurance providers on a case-by-case basis.

  • While traditional ABA providers render therapy working directly with your child, Cielo’s pediatric services focus on parent training. Of course, we will provide a fun therapeutic environment to build a connection with your child. However, parent participation is a mandatory component to success with Cielo!

  • The post-diagnosis world can be incredibly difficult to navigate, and we’re here to be a resource at no charge. Please reach out to schedule a phone call!

  • Consultation is 100% YOU-led. After getting a feel for your needs, we will craft goals and an action plan together. Depending on your specific goals, sessions can be conversation-driven, experience-driven, or a mix of the two. Sessions are offered in the home, community, or via telehealth.

  • Hours recommendations are individualized to you or your family’s specific needs. Typically, sessions occur once a week.

  • We come to you, and can provide sessions anywhere that’s beneficial! We can accompany you in the home and community, and work with daycare providers, extended family, neighbors… you name it!

  • Yes! We are always happy to chat about whether telehealth fits your needs.
