  • Family & School Collaboration – Our superpower is bringing everyone onto the same page to ensure consistency across environments.

  • Insurance-Friendly Access – Covered by most major insurance plans for long-term sustainability.

Consultation & Coaching Model

A flexible, consulting option led by a BCBA that focuses on parent training, practical strategies, and school support when challenges arise.

Consultation & Coaching Model

Our parent training-based model is designed for families, teens, and adults who may not need or qualify for traditional, high-hour ABA therapy. This flexible approach puts the focus on BCBA-led consultation, parent training, and practical strategies you can use every day.

What You Can Expect:

  • Direct BCBA Support – Work 1:1 with a BCBA to build strategies that fit your family’s needs.

  • Flexible Intensity – Lower-hour, targeted services that adapt to your schedule and goals.

  • Practical Tools for Daily Life – Learn evidence-based strategies you can apply at home, school, and in the community.

  • School Consultation & Advocacy – Especially helpful if a child is struggling in the classroom or at risk of being removed, we partner with teachers and staff to keep learning accessible and positive.

  • Open Access – Available with or without a diagnosis, making ABA accessible to more families.
